What it could earn

If you pool mine$47/monthabout $1.56 a day, before electricity
Power cost$88/month≈ 800 W, 24/7 at $0.15/kWh. The heat offsets this

If you pool mine: Costs about $41/mo more than it earns at $0.15

Break-even power price: about $0.081/kWh

Above this price the power costs more than the pool estimate.

As a heater: the ≈$88/mo of power is heat you'd pay for anyway, so the pool estimate is your net: about $47/mo back

Only if it replaces an electric space heater you'd run anyway, and only while you need the heat. A heat pump or gas is usually cheaper per unit of heat.

Estimate. Changes with Bitcoin price and network difficulty. Uses BTC ≈ $80,382, network ≈ 1,026 EH/s and the seller-stated hashrate, minus a 2% pool fee and a 10% safety margin, rounded down. Updated Nov 5, 2026 1:47 AM ET. Solo vs pool

Check before you buy
  • Bitcoin Merch's listing says it ships in December 2026, so check the stock badge before you pay.
  • Right now only Bitcoin Merch sells it among the shops we track.
  • The 800 W PSU is built in (120 V or 240 V). No external power supply to buy.
  • At 800 W it heats like a small space heater. Use a dedicated outlet; don't share a power strip with other big loads.
  • Hashrate and heat depend on the power mode you pick. The figures above are the seller's, not our measurements.

Usually not all of it, and nothing is guaranteed. Pointed at a mining pool, it earns small, steady amounts of bitcoin that can offset part of the power bill.
