Good to know

About the Bitaxe Touch

The Bitaxe Touch is an ACS-built Bitaxe-class desk miner with a 4.3″ touchscreen that shows a clock and live mining stats. Bitcoin Merch states about 1 TH/s (950 GH/s–1 TH/s) at 17 W on a single BM1370, made in Texas, USA. It runs on 5 V through USB-C or a 5.5×2.1 mm barrel jack, with 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.

Best for: Someone who wants a polished plug-and-play Bitaxe-class desk piece and will pay for the built-in screen, not just the cheapest board.

Check before you buy
  • Among the shops we track, only Bitcoin Merch sells this exact 1 TH/s ACS unit. Pick the BM1370 1 TH/s ASIC option (not the cheaper BM1368 700 GH/s option on the same page).
  • Solo Satoshi sells a different product under a similar name (Turbo Touch on a GT 801 dual-chip board). We do not mix those listings.
  • It needs a 5 V power supply (USB-C or barrel). Check whether the listing includes one.
  • Wi-Fi is 2.4 GHz only.
  • The hashrate and power figures above are the seller's, not our measurements.

Questions

What is the cheapest Bitaxe Touch right now?

At our last check (Nov 5, 2026 1:46 AM ET) the cheapest in-stock listing was $499.99 at Bitcoin Merch. Prices exclude shipping and tax, and bundles differ, so check the details line.

Is the Bitaxe Touch in stock?

At the last check: Bitcoin Merch: in stock. Stock changes fast, so confirm on the shop's page.

How much electricity does the Bitaxe Touch use?

Sellers state about 17 W, roughly 149 kWh a year if it runs 24/7. At $0.10, $0.15 and $0.25 per kWh that's about $15, $22 and $37 a year.

Can a Bitaxe Touch make money?

Almost certainly not. It's a solo "lottery" miner: it either finds a whole Bitcoin block (a huge reward) or nothing. As a rough illustration, on a 1,000 EH/s network it would find a block about once every 19,000 years on average, while electricity costs money every year. Buy it as a hobby, not an investment.
