Bitaxe Gamma vs Nerdaxe Gamma
Same chip class and the same stated hashrate and power, so the comparison is really about price, display and enclosure.
The numbers, in plain words
- Price: the cheapest in-stock Bitaxe Gamma is $119.99 (Bitcoin Merch); the cheapest in-stock Nerdaxe Gamma is $189.26 (Power Mining), $69.27 more (1.6×).

- Efficiency: Bitaxe Gamma ≈15.0 J/TH, Nerdaxe Gamma ≈15.0 J/TH: effectively the same (lower is better).
- Price per TH/s: Bitaxe Gamma $99.99, Nerdaxe Gamma $157.72 at their cheapest in-stock prices; the Bitaxe Gamma is the better value per stated TH/s.
- Running cost: about $24 a year for the Bitaxe Gamma versus $24 for the Nerdaxe Gamma at an assumed $0.15/kWh, running 24/7.
Hashrate and power are vendor-stated approximations. Higher hashrate raises your lottery odds in proportion, but the odds stay tiny either way.
